My Blogiversary: 6 years that must feel like 60 to my readers…
So, it’s been 6 years (today!) since I started this blog (or what would become this blog). Man, to my readers that keep coming back it must feel like 60 years. I actually missed last year’s blogiversary for some reason, but that’s okay.
It’s been a lot of fun and I thank everyone for continuing to come back and enjoy my content. A lot has happened since I started. I’ve met a lot of good friends and fellow bloggers. I’m writing for other sites and I was lucky enough to be asked by two of my blogging friends, CT and Jeeg, to be a part of their podcasting thing-a-ma-jig. It seems to be doing okay and we’ve received a lot of positive feedback (except for the one guy on Zune who seems to hate us).

Congrats dude! My blog will be turning 2 in a few months. And Cavalcade of Awesome is one of the many blogs that give me the inspiration to keep it going.
Fun Fact- When I first came across your sight and saw the word cavalcade, it reminded me of Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure. When he’s going shopping(before his bike gets stolen), the marquee for the movie theater reads “Cartoon Cavalcade”. I have always remembered this, and I will always remember your site because of this.

Haha, thank you for the kind words, Jason. I’ve always like the word Cavalcade. My connotation involves the Golden Age comic series Comic Cavalcade starring Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Flash.
I do appreciate your support. I have “lurked” your blog as well for a while. I enjoy seeing the stuff you come up with.
